Project Description

The project is a commercial and administrative building developed according to the LEED Core & Shell system, which focuses on the performance of the building’s core elements before interior finishing work for tenants. The strategy focused on improving the performance of the outer shell, increasing the efficiency of the HVAC and core mechanical systems, and achieving sustainable site planning.
