MOSTADAM® Sustainable Certification Services
The Saudi Sustainable Certification is a certification for assessing the sustainability of buildings and communities in the Kingdom, aiming to promote sustainability in residential and commercial projects. Buildings are assessed according to environmental criteria during the design and construction phases and are classified into five levels, ranging from Green (20 points) to Diamond (80 points or more).
The Saudi Sustainable Certification is based on a set of environmental standards, including:
Energy: Energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources.
Water: Water efficiency, water reuse, and wastewater treatment.
Materials: Use of sustainable materials and waste management.
Health and well-being: Indoor air quality, natural ventilation, and accessibility.
Society and economy: Community contribution and sustainable economic development.
